TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Email Addresses: We hate junk mail!  We collect your email address to confirm your order and send you status updates.  We do NOT sell or rent or loan your email address to anyone.  If the occasion ever arises that we get the urge to send you a promotional email, it will not be more frequently than once a month.  We haven't had the urge yet.

Product Condition: Most of our parts are purchased new from distributors or our customers.  Many have been on their shelves for an extended period of time, waiting to be used as spares.  Many of the boxes are written on or worn but the product inside is NEW.  All of the parts in our catalog are NIB for new in box unless specifically marked used.  If items come in boxes of 6/10/12 per box and you purchase less than a full box, we will ship them individually wrapped and they will be noted as New/Loose.  If we determine that an item has been used (even if just for a short period of time) we call it used and for now you will find all used items in the used category.

Warranty:  We warrant all of our parts for 30 days.

Freight:  We ship via UPS, USPS or Federal Express (air only).  If you don't specify a shipping method we will assume UPS ground.  Your actual freight cost will be added to the price of your item(s). and written on your invoice.  A copy of your invoice and your credit card receipt will be in your package.  

Timely Shipping:  We are often out working on our own projects.  To try and assure prompt, timely shipping we pay the people who lease us the warehouse space to ship our parts.  The vast majority of orders, without questions, entered in full by noon, are shipped out that day. 
A confirmation email will be sent when your package is ready for the freight carrier to pick up and includes a tracking number when applicable.  To check on the status of your order, log into www.omronparts.com Click on Continue_Shopping, then Orders on the top and then choose either pending or past.  A list of orders will appear.  Click on the order number in the first column and the order detail will display.  The tracking number and shipping costs are at the bottom.

Credit Card Charges:  Your card will be charged only after your order is packed and ready to ship.

Availability:  We make an effort to keep our web site up to date with new in-stock products and up-to-date quantities.  However, we get new items and ship existing stock almost every day.  Hence if you don't find what you are looking for, please email us and we will manually check our stock.  We can also check with a customer or distributor who we know has one.

Return Policy:  We realize that sometimes what you order is not exactly what you need.
If this happens to you:
1) send the original unopened box back to us for a refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee
2) send any of the items back in their original item packaging for a refund less shipping and a 15% restocking fee
Please include a copy of your original packing slip/invoice with the returned merchandise.  In either case upon receipt we will immediately credit the original credit card account.
As expected, if we make a mistake, please email us and we will make it right! 

Have items to get rid of?:  If you have new Omron parts that you no longer need we are interested.  They must be new, preferably in the original box and obviously in working order.  We check each and every part when it comes in.  Please email us and let us know what parts you have and we will get back with a quote within a couple of days.
